Ingredients

5 eggs

1/2 cup oil

1 cup zucchini, grated

1 cup warrigal greens, chopped

1/2 cup cheese, grated

1 sprig thyme

1 handful parsley

3/4 cup self-raising wholemeal flour

salt & pepper to taste

3/4 cup self-raising wholemeal flour

Directions

Step1

Mix all ingredients in a large basin and pour into a greased tray

Step2

Bake in a moderate oven for 30 to 40 minutes until brown.

Ingredients

Follow The Directions

Step1

Mix all ingredients in a large basin and pour into a greased tray
